“I have know Dustin and his family for over 20 years. They have always provided me with exceptional customer service, extensive product knowledge and amazing kindness and community support. From the first install I ever did 20 years ago when Dustin loaned me the shop chop saw to the fantastic carpet install Express Flooring did in my family home and most recently the carpet tile Dustin donated to my music room in support of the performing arts community. Thank you for being such an amazing community driven business!”

“We had Express Flooring recommended to us by our tile layer and we were not disappointed. Cris was our sales person and walked us through it all. He showed us surplus stocks and sales stock they wanted to move and it was exactly what we have been looking for. We contacted our tile layer and Cris talked him through it to make sure we got the proper tiles. During this time we had to make several changes in our tiles selection to get the right colour and product. In the end we departed with all the proper tiles at a very good price. We have been looking since 15 Feb 22 and we couldn't believe our luck when we met Cris and he walked us through it all. We couldn't have found a better sales person. She let us take sample pieces of the two contenders to view in our new space and we ended up choosing Pergo - Divine Cream, which looks beautiful! My husband installed the flooring himself and Dana provided a few invaluable tips to assist him. Very pleased with this store and entire experience.”

“Our experience in working with express flooring was truly amazing! We were building a media room which needed new carpeting, and so they helped us determine the best quality of carpet for this sort of space. We also did a double underlay for added comfort. In the process we felt if we were doing the one room, that perhaps the rest of the basement would benefit from the update. So we did a beautiful grey washed vinyl flooring for our main basement area (roughly 700 Sq Ft), as well replaced carpeting for the stairwell and spare bedroom with a super soft light grey carper. The colors all compliment each other and we're so pleased with the outcome. The team worked quickly and took no time at all! Our floors were finished without delays. Total 4 days and our basement looked like a new house! So in love with our new flooring and the quaintly of all the products used! Price was fair as we choose a higher end quality for our personal taste and glad that we did! So happy! Thank Express flooring for your amazing work!”
