This was said before he even showed me samples or measured house....I followed up with the company and connected with Eric, Regional Manager...and he came out, listened to my needs, showed me a sample of a 30 yr carpet that met my wife's needs and the measurements were taken, install scheduled and check written for full payment. On Tuesday, March 16 & 17th the install crew showed up on time at 0930 with all the supplies needed. They moved ALL the furniture (which several pieces were heavy; some required dismantling and re-assembly; and extreme care was taken). When I discussed the order of the rooms which I would like to refurbished the install crew was extremely accommodating and worked until 1700 on day one. Returned on day 2 at 0830 and finished at 1600. I was extremely impressed with Joel and Monica Mendoza (my installation team). They removed and installed 202 sq. yards of carpet, moved and replaced all furniture with care. Cleaned and vacuumed each room as they completed. A couple of tweaks had to be done, but Joel gladly ensured that I was happy with the install. We are extremely pleased with the new refreshed look in our home and would highly recommend Express Flooring team of Eric, Joel, and Monica if you are in need of carpet replacement.”
