“Excellent company to work with. Terri is my contact at the LaGrange site. She is professional, so knowledgable, and so friendly. 16 years ago, DeSitter installed carpeting in three bedrooms. Over the years, they have done four other flooring projects. One of these includes tiling my most highly-trafficked areas approximately 13 years ago. There are no cracks, no crumbling grout anywhere. Every delivery person, moisture-measuring person, and installer has been polite and professional. I have never felt uncomfortable having DeSitter employees in my house, and I recommend DeSitter any time I am asked.”

“I give high marks and praises to both the owner Steve De Sitter and General Manager Ken Holthaus for their integrity and professionalism handling the replacement of my new carpet. I had purchased beautiful Masland wool carpeting during the fall of 2020. Within a year the carpet was fading throughout, in a low light room and immediately after reporting my concerns, their team kicked into high gear to have it professionally inspected to make a determination. The final process was when Mr. DeSitter and Mr. Holthaus came to my home for a final inspection to assess that the carpeting was indeed defective. Today, I was directed to visit their lovely store in La Grange and picked out a beautiful replacement carpeting. From my heart, thank you for your kindness and integrity. You have a standard to which others cannot match! 10 stars to this wonderful company and its leaders.”
