“This is our 3rd experience with DESIGNING DREAMS… and once again, they did NOT disappoint. We wanted our 20 year old bathroom to have a facelift… and the complete remodel went wonderfully! Melinda initially helped us in the showroom. Her patience, exquisite eye for design, various product suggestions, etc. got us started with the planning of a gorgeous new master ensuite. Having Randy as the “technical and construction” brain of the project was also a huge plus. His vast knowledge helped steer us in the right direction - we ended up with exactly what we wanted and he was able to alleviate some potential issues before we started the project that we did not foresee. Stephanie was our on-site project manager and she could not have been more customer service oriented and kind …she always had a “can do” attitude which is near impossible to find these days! We must have had over a dozen workers in and out of the house over the five week construction period and nearly every one of them had a stellar work ethic along with exceptional skills. The end product is flawless and we could not be happier. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and follow up at each phase of our project. I am not easily impressed, and we would highly recommend Designing Dreams for any home project…..we will definitely have them back again!”
