“We recently purchased some carpet for our church from Dalton Direct in Kingsport. We are so very pleased with our purchase. Our installer said the carpet was very good and the pad was the best he had installed in a long time. Their products are very high quality and their customer service is number 1. They go above and beyond to make sure their service is second to none! I cannot say enough good things about our purchase from this business. This was our first purchase but won’t be our last.
