The biggest thing is their installation team was able to line up my existing hardwood floors with my new hardwood seamlessly without any type of transition and everyone else we talked to said that that couldn’t be done with our particular floors. “We had bought a new house (resale) where the hardwood flooring that existed was installed by the builder with wood that is only available to builders. We couldn’t get anyone to tell us who made it or how we could get more of it to finish off the first and second floors. We called several flooring companies and no one would tell us that it was marketed to the public as a different brand and lot number, except for Chuck. Within 2 hours they were out to measure and installed within a week! They even had a cleaning company come in and clean up the mess! We were quite pleased with our overall experience. In fact, we were so happy, that we had them replace the carpet in our home that we were selling and it looks fabulous! Thank you!”
