“I considered purchasing carpet through big box stores for the free installation but wanted a 3rd estimate from a professional flooring store for comparison. I gave Dave my bottom line price per sq ft and he directed me to what he could do carpet, padding and installation that fit my needs. He gave me samples to take home and came out to measure the next day. I immediately called big box stores and cancelled their measuring appointments. The process could not have been easier. Installation was professional; the crew was clean, efficient and competent. Best of all I supported a local business. No more big box stores for flooring for me.”

“I had an incredible experience at Creative Carpet & Tile. I usually hit Lowes and Home Depot first for everything. I was searching for LVP for the master bedroom and couldn't find anything at Lowes or HD that I liked. I went to Floor & Decor, placed and order, and had such horrible customer service when I went to pick it up curbside that I canceled my order on the spot. That's when I started googling other flooring stores in the area and found this place. The next time I need flooring, I won't even mess with those 3 big box stores. The owner himself helped me here! He was super knowledgeable, cared that I was happy with what I selected, and let me lay out as many pieces on the store floor as I wanted. I even took a few boxes home to check the color in the bedroom at no charge. It was perfect and I returned to make the purchase. The cost wasn't any higher than what the other stores were selling! The excellent customer service made this experience perfect. I will definitely be back the next time I need new flooring!”
