“We recently had this company install pre-finished wood floors, carpet on stairs and tile. Firstly, the wood floor installation was fantastic. The product was better than expected and the demo and install was beautifully done. We had all of the carpet in all of the bedrooms removed, baseboards and hallway carpet. Everything was cleaned up and the installation in the bedrooms and hallways were expertly executed. We had the old carpet on our staircase removed and a patterned carpet and new pad installed. The pattern was complicated and the installers put the new carpet in perfectly in one day. Out of that same carpet, we had custom rugs made for our den and master bedroom. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is not advertised and I doubt many people know they can order carpet from Crabtree's and have it custom sized to their specification. The pad that was delivered with the rugs was amazing and really made this a luxurious carpet rug for our rooms. Lastly, we had our kitchen, hallways, pantry room, and 4 bathroom floors tiled. We purchased our tile from another company before we came to work with Crabtree carpet and later learned that they sell tile as well. All of these rooms had tile or carpet that had to be removed before installation. They did all of the work. They sent a crew to our house to accomplish this massive project of demolition and it was done quickly. The tile installer was very efficient and worked diligently until job was completed. The tile installer suggested a pattern that we were unfamiliar with and we chose it and the finished product is absolutely gorgeous. We had some issues that would have been easily avoided if self leveling spacers were used. For future tile clients, ask for that and your project will be flawless. The tile installer also assisted in putting baseboards back up and we wish we would have had them stay and do all of the baseboards...I would recommend paying extra for that. It is worth it and they do a perfect job. Overall, this company exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them for flooring needs.”

“Definitely here to brag on a local business! Through a friend we were sent to Crabtree’s Carpet Outlet in Lucasville...they did a great job! My tiny house, with ALL my furniture and crazy dog around, the installer(s) got everything done and it looks great! I had a minor flooring catastrophe that was our fault, but Crabtree’s came through with a save, while I was at work...I never even had to leave the office! You don’t get this type of care from Lowe’s, Menard’s, or any of the big box stores. My house looks almost complete inside now, and the job was done to perfection!”
