Tom and his staff worked with me from beginning to end, kept in constant contact, answered messages immediately, met deadlines, and came through with a beautiful, finished product. The floors they installed transformed my dilapidated 1885 home into a showplace. Throughout, Tom and his workers were pleasant, professional, and genuinely cared about providing a good experience for me -- even though they had much bigger jobs they were working on elsewhere at the same time.
