“I recently purchased carpeting at Christoff's and Sons flooring. From the very beginning through the install, everyone was kind, caring and knowledgeable. Candy was my sales agent and I was very impressed with her for both her knowledge and kindness. She made it very easy to pick the right carpet and set up the measure and install appointments. Candy has the perfect personality to work with the public. She has the perfect balance of ensuring you are informed of the product lines, but also so personable and kind. Tom, one of the owners, then came out to do the measuring. Tom was very knowledgeable and also very personable and kind as well. He made the measuring day fun. Tom demonstrated his years of flooring business knowledge but was an entertaining guy as well. One day when I went in, my sales agent Candy was off, so Vicki was there to step in. She helped me pick out some samples of tile and other flooring and was also so kind and very knowledge about all flooring products. I really appreciated that she helped me even though I was not her client. She ensured I had everything I needed even though I was working with a different sales agent. On install day, Mike came out and I could tell right away that he knew carpet install inside and out. Not only was he excellent at his job, he was also friendly and kind too. Mike ensured every little detail was cared for. I was so fascinated by his skills that I found myself peaking in to see how he installed carpet. Each time going into the store, Rene in the front was there to great me and was so friendly and kind. As the first person you see coming into the store she makes a great impression. Having someone like Rene as the customer facing representative ensures you know how important customer service is to Christoff and Sons. Lastly, from the sales, measuring and install, I felt like I was working with friends that I had known for years. I had just met all of them, but their kindness made me feel like an old friend.”
