“Initial experience was good, salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, and work was started promptly, and install was a quality job. However, they left without completing some work (side of a few steps, a closet door replacement). They were also extremely difficult to get a hold of after the contractor was done. A few things that they claimed were not part of the job, would have taken them 20 minutes to do, and would have left me completely satisfied. If you use this company, make sure every little detail is spelled out in your contract, because you can not assume a single thing. A slight bit of extra effort from their contractor and management would have made the difference between using the company again and recommending to other people, and choosing to go elsewhere next time.”
