When I called them, they said they would come by and see the issue. They did and they said to come down to the store and choose a nice area rug. They allowed me to select a beautiful rug that matched my place. It was a $700 rug. I am very thankful to them for fixing this. “I went to Allen's Carpet (in New Rochelle) a few months ago, picked out a rug but didn't return for months later, they held onto my selection and they were very organized. They have a large selection and I ended up going with another option, they did not hesitate and setup an appt. within 2 days of my order. The cost of the carpet (installation and foam) were very reasonable, and I payed half before the work was completed and the remainder after. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and installed the carpet within 2hrs (maybe shorter). I personally had no issues and would recommend Allen's Carpet.”
