“Carpets of Arizona was great! Miranda found the right carpet color for my fun office. When I had to change carpets in another room due to lengthy backorder from COVID-19 She helped me find another and called the manufacturer to ensure it was in stock and that it was going to get delivered. The install was effortless for me and all the heavy furniture carefully moved out and back to my satisfaction. Following install Miranda reached out to ensure I was happy. I would definitely use them again!”

“Can't say enough about the fantastic people and service we received during the recent carpeting and reflooring of our entire home. People in the showroom were helpful and patient while we were making the critical decision of color and style, freely allowing us to take home many samples on multiple occasions. Never did we feel rushed or pressured but knew they wanted us to arrive at the right choice. They helped guide us but in the end, it was our decision. It was always so pleasant to come into the showroom and be treated so attentively. The installers were 'off the charts' professional, hard workers, excellent workmanship, pleasant, organized and experienced. Since our house had a lot of furniture to be moved back and forth during the installation, I was amazed how they orchestrated this and made what could have been a very stressful experience go very smoothly. “We purchased carpet from Monica at Carpets of Arizona.. it was the best carpet experience we have ever had purchasing a carpet. She gave us an approximate quote and scheduled a date to do the measure.she was efficient and actually the yardage was less that what was expected. Our price was much lower than the quote. The installers were wonderful and completed the job in two hours. They moved all our furniture, including electric beds. My new carpet feels sl soft and plush. Great company to do business with.”

“From the first moment I walked into Carpets of Arizona, I was IMPRESSED!! At the front door, I was greeted, introduced to MIRANDA...who took almost two hours with me...JUST ME...answering ALL of my questions, addressing my concerns and worries, and giving me plenty of space to look, think and consult my husband. Miranda was AWESOME...she let me take home samples to try, and then came to my home to correctly measure the bedrooms. She took care of me from start to finish!! Honestly?! We had shopped around, and were trying to find a balance between price and quality. CARPETS OF AZ WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!! They listen, give advice, share knowledge and intimately...want YOU to be happy, and tell others about this close-knit company. When employees are happy, joking, and enjoy their work...they are working for a company that CARES about them. I also had a call, the next day, from Eric, who set up an install date with us...kept us informed about the exact arrival, and, luckily, it came in earlier than expected! He also let us know who our installers would be, and gave us a two hour window for their arrival. The installers were great! Steve and Joaquin worked tirelessly...they must’ve lost five pounds in sweat! When we walked into the bedrooms we were SO PLEASED!! Quality people, quality products, and great customer service, that lasted even after the sale...they called to see if we were satisfied with their finished job! BELIEVE ME...this is the kind of company YOU NEED to hire...and by the way...take the SHORT DOOR IN!! LOL! Miranda needs to take the rest of the week OFF, and DOUBLE her pay!! Jus sayin’!!”

“We recently had a wear warranty issue. The team at Carpets of Arizona were extremely accommodating and helpful in assisting us getting the claim submitted. The process was long and I know Shane insulated us from the cumbersome back and forth with the Manufacturer ultimately finding us a replacement rug. Shane and his team went way above and beyond in helping us get a replacement rug outside of the manufacturer. He did not need to, but knew the Manufacturer was not doing the right thing. The brands Shane sells and represents should be so lucky to have other dealers like Carpets of Arizona, it would save them a load of grief and bad press. “We were looking for replacement carpet for a master bedroom/closet for a home we will soon be putting on the market. Carpets of Arizona feature carpets of all varieties, but particularly they have several for just such a scenario. We visited their showroom on a Saturday, Miranda came out on Monday to measure, and our new carpet was installed on Thursday! We couldn't be happier with the service and the very reasonable price. The pad is included, as is help in moving furniture, if needed. They didn't try to sell us more expensive carpet, understanding immediately what our goal was; much appreciated! We will be happy to recommend Carpets of Arizona to all.”
