“We've had two wonderful experiences with Carpet's Etc. Our first experience was the purchase of three area rugs. The process was fast and they look great. Cathy was wonderful to work with! Our second experience was replacing old worn out carpet in two bedrooms with laminate flooring. Again we dealt with Cathy and she was great she explained the types of laminate flooring and after the selecting the type and color, Rob came to our home measured everything up and within a few weeks we had new flooring.
