“So remodeling during the Christmas holidays may not have been the best idea. However, when our flooring was a week late and demo was a day behind the team we had pulled together and made it work so we had our new floors for New Year’s Day. Shout out to Sarah for juggling the schedule to get everyone where they needed to be and to Conrad for saving the day and finishing up the demo by himself so install could get started! Without Conrad we would be sitting on concrete and eating take-out through New Year’s. Happy New Year Carpetland!! Thanks for our beautiful new floors!”

“We had entire upstairs carpeting updated a few years back. We went with best padding as they suggested. We have enjoyed the flooring and Dean has made sure that install and stretching of carpets was done in a timely manner.”

“Great customer service. After bidding a job, the customer changed the scope of the project which required additional tile. Ah, discontinued tile! I searched everywhere for the tile, even the manuacturer, to no avail. Then I contacted Dean Varner. Dean understood my dilemma and using his personal contacts, took if upon himself to locate the tile in California and coordinated the shipping to my jobsite. It wasn't a huge order but that didn't matter to Dean. My order was just as important as any other order. Needless to say, Dean's commitment to customer service saved the day. Thanks a ton Dean and Carpetland!”

“Tami and others were so easy to work with. They had the best products to chose from and made the selection/ordering process the easiest that I have had during our building process. I appreciate that she was able to understand the style that I wanted and pulled options for me rather than me looking around and becoming overwhelmed. The install crew were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job! Thank you!”

“Yes and no! The store itself did great helping us pick out our flooring throughout our newly built house, we chose carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms and hardwood throughout the rest, also we got granite countertops and sink in the kitchen and granite and sinks in the bathroom as well. We were and are so pleased with the granite and sinks! They did great work on the tile as well, but now (2 years later) we have 2 tiles that have cracked without us doing anything to them! The Carpet looks and feels great (I highly recommend upgrading the cushion under the carpet) the hardwood floors we bought are beautiful! The crew hey had to install them were pitiful and the worst workers I have ever met! They finished then job and a few weeks later our floors start to have cracks in them! ALL HARDWOOD!!!! I was very disappointed in spending 1000’s of dollars on flooring and they did a kids poor job! They did fire that crew eventually! They also sent someone out to finish our floors to make us happy, it took about a year for everything to be complete after being messed up! So yes because they were good but the flooring workers be careful!!!”
