“I had the best sales rep in Frankie C. and he certainly deserves a "5" for his customer-oriented approach. I've gotten compliments on my Pergo flooring for the first floor as well as the new carpeting for the upstairs. Unfortunately, the installation didn't go completely smoothly. Alphonso and team who installed the Pergo flooring and baseboards did a very good job. The team who installed the carpeting and baseboards on the second floor were not as skilled. Frankie made arrangements to have the baseboards corrected to my satisfaction. So overall I'm pleased with the final results although it took longer than planned to get there.”
