“I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Carpet, Tile and Flooring. From the moment I walked in the store and met Alfonso Martinez I knew that I was in the right hands. He listened to my questions both on the product and expense. He did not try to sell me anything that "he thought would meet my needs," but what he could hear I wanted. Alfonso ordered my granite and both he and his office staff kept me abreast as to when my order would be ready to be installed. The tile was installed on the day promised and the workers arrived on time. Normally I get three bids, however because of the way I was treated by Alfonso and his peers; I did not. The tile setters were excellent, polite, and scrupulous in ensuring they cleaned up after themselves. I would never go anywhere else.”

“I just finished my second remodeling project with them - a total kitchen remodel and boy did it come out great! I needed it done in a quick turnaround and they were able to deliver, making sure people were there everyday to keep it moving. There were several adjustments I made along the way / details I asked to address and they addressed everything, making sure I was satisfied. Lucy, the sales person, spent a lot of time upfront with me designing the layout and making sure all our bases were covered. I almost went with another company because the final quotes/designs took two months to get given their workload and as someone else mentioned, you do want to double check that all work is accounted for on the estimate to make sure there aren't any surprise , but I'm very glad that went with them and would recommend them to friends.”

“CTFD was available for a short turnaround for baseboard repair. We had damaged baseboards that needed to be replaced/painted and they were able to complete the project within a week. Their work is extremely professional and they even came back when we forgot to include a baseboard on the initial estimate to have it repaired in time to get our property listed for sale. We were extremely happy with the quality of work and their customer service. We came back to them for this project after they installed our flooring 4 years ago because we knew the high quality and communication we would receive from their team. Thank you again for helping us!”
