“We were very satisfied using Carpet Tile and Flooring. We initially went in the week between Christmas and New Year's because the other stores were closed. Our sales representative, Gisele, is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and insulation processes. She gave my wife and I a mini course on the different thicknesses of LVP flooring and different types of installation techniques. She convinced us that the products they sold were far superior to the local big box hardware store. The team that took out the carpet in our house was dedicated and worked well past 6:30 p.m. to get the job done. The same dedication was seen during the flooring installation. We are extremely satisfied with the product we received and the price was acceptable... It wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest but for the customer service and quality of installation it is well worth the money. I highly recommend using their services!”

She is very knowledgeable and a right person in a right place. The Miramar showroom has a wide variety of products to choose from. Tony, the field manager, has many years of experience and managed the whole project for us. We were blown away how fast our whole downstairs of our house was remodeled! All workers were very respectful, polite, attentive to a detail and really did a great job. They listened our inquiries well and also cleaned after themselves every day.
