“Poor follow up. I have been waiting five months for paperwork and installation. Jim keeps putting me off from honest updates on permit and product ordered. I don't recommend them to anyone who wants the work done right away. Product quality seems good. After writing this review, I realized there was a lot of mis communications that happened and had to realize the shipment delay due to Covid and product not in stock. I am very pleased with tile and installation in two baths and kitchen. The only reason of the four stars was due to the length of time it took to complete the process.”
