When it was determined that the new vinyl threshold was rubbing on the laundry room door, Jon did a first-class job, cutting a 1/4 inch from the bottom of the door, to resolve the problem. From letting us take home samples of what we thought we'd like to actually getting the right LVP to make our home look and feel larger...all at an affordable price. The four men (David's crew) who did the installation in one day were possibly the best "team" we ever witnessed. From pre-cleaning to even changing out a piece of molding at the last minute was met in a friendly and professional manner. To top it off, they even helped to lay out an area rug and move our heavy furniture. If the time ever came again to do any kind of flooring, Carpet Smart would be our one and only stop!”

“Great experience picking a carpet for an area rug. The say I went..super helpful and insisted I take the samples home to check color. So thankful or I would have had the wrong color. The rug came in when they said.and I can't say enough positive things about the delivery. Brought to my house with a small charge. Delivered with a smile. Made sure it was squared and placed exactly like I wanted. Trimmed the padding and on the way out asked if there was anything else they could do. I'll go back if I ever need more flooring.”
