There was a problem with their initial installation of our wall-to-wall wool carpet, but the owner sent over another team of experts and they fixed the problem perfectly. The owner expressed to me that he was a perfectionist and wouldn't be satisfied until we were pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service, the quality and variety of their carpets, and their desire to please customers like us. It's rare to find a company with service this good!”

Not only does the store have such an incredibly wide range of carpets from so many different companies, but the customer service you will get from Neal is so personalized, professional and top notch. Neal first takes the time to understand your wishes and needs and then pulls ideas for you to look at. We were indecisive on our last purchase, and Neal was so patient with us through the whole process.
