“My wife and I have been wanting to remove the carpet in our living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways for a couple of years and replace with either hardwood or vinyl. After looking around we settled on Scott from Carpet Direct. Scott came out with multiple samples to our home and answered many questions. We decided on vinyl and after going back and forth for a few months on color and brand (Scott was super patient), pulled the trigger. Scott recommended Michael Rasmussen for install. I was a little disappointed in the stain consistency, but Jesse and Mike both addressed the issue and replaced the boards for me! I am very happy with the result. “Pam, at the Durant, Oklahoma location is amazing!!! She will help you think through your decisions while listening carefully for ideas that could work for your home. My husband and I are having a house built and we have no idea what we are doing, but Pam has been there for us. We ended up getting the flooring for our entire house there (at a better price than the big box store) and then she helped us figure out the shower tile and shower floor. With kindness and concern, Pam is able to help you navigate your budget, the contractor's requirements, and your aesthetic all at the same time. She is a true professional and a delightful person!
