We think our installer was "the best". He worked hard through the installation and rarely took a break. He and his sons made sure every floor was clean before and after the job. “I would Recommend Carpet Direct to everyone, we love our floor and we appreciate the way everything was taken care of by the professional from Carpet Direct. we felt like we were treated like family . We got two other quotes from two other company's and they were much higher then Carpet Direct and the other two company's charged me just to get a quote. Carpet Direct came out to my house and brought every kind of sample to choose from with no charge for the quote. Carpet Direct helped me select what I needed and told me my flooring would be in in 5 to 10 days the professional called me 5 days later and said it was all in then scheduled it to be installed on the day I decided on, the professional showed up and installed my flooring on that day and done a excellent job on my floor . My parents used the same professional and Carpet Direct . Me and my parents love our floor's and had a great experience with Carpet Direct . “The BEST THING is a Carpet Direct Rep. (Dennis Hajek) showed up at my home with all these samples of flooring. Dennis told me about the Company and all the different types of flooring . This made it a lot easier to choose. I placed an order and got a call about a week later to set up a time to install the flooring. It took 2 days and my floors in my opinion are PERFECT! Everyone that was involved was very Professional and they did a GREAT job!!! Thanks DENNIS & CARPET DIRECT!!!”

“I am happy with my carpet however it was not a totally enjoyable experience. I was scheduled for Thursday, April 7 and was told that a job did not get completed correctly and rescheduled for Friday, April 8. I asked if they could finish the upstairs first as my daughter works from home and if upstairs was completed first it would only mean one day of disruption. Due to a death in he family the lead carpet layer had to leave on Friday so everybody left at 3 leaving the upstairs unfinished. There were only 2 people working, and a piece of glass in a cabinet was broken. The worker never bothered to inform me or even apologize. Upon their return on Saturday, 3 men arrived. They got to work but started down stairs and later in the day finally completed the upstairs. I would suggest your people be provided vacuum cleaners. The crew used mine but didn't know how to empty the container so I had to keep track to empty it for them. I don't expect them to know every vacuum on the market so they need to have their own.”
