“Would give 5 stars but was disappointed in the laminate floor installation we can still see our concrete floor and was not installed with the way we were told that it would get done than was ghosted by our representative Gary after we told him about the issues. But the carpet installation went great and looks great.”

“We live in Wagoner, OK., Brandon Burley from the Tulsa store came to our home with sample books, which is awesome so you can know exactly what will match in your home. Brandon and his assistant, Ken, were excellent to have working in our home. They were ‘on-time’ and cleaned as they worked. They did the two rooms for us in such a reasonable time. They are trustworthy and Christians, which is most important to my husband and me! We got pet friendly replacement and that was a great choice for us. “The experience was amazing, professional and painless from the initial call to the final installation. I worked with Ed Torrence to pick out the LVP flooring and he listened carefully to what I wanted. He was patience and answered all my questions. Any concerns that he could not immediately address were resolved when he reached out to the flooring manufacturer. (Which was done quickly!) I never felt pressured and he worked with my needs and budget. Jose, Lupe and the installation crew are my favorite to date. They removed old linoleum, parquet flooring and carpet in record time and that was a dusty and hard job. During the two day installation, they were professional, polite, very careful and committed to doing a precise job. As they were cleaning up and heading out, Lupe noticed a piece of quarter round that was slightly off (very slightly off). He stopped the crew and they fixed it before leaving. I would recommend Carpet Direct to anyone looking for new flooring. They are my go-to company from now on!”
