“Carpet Direct did a great job assisting us in the whole process. The only reason I removed a star was because of the installer they picked. When they were laying the (pet friendly) carpet pad they put a lot of cuts in the barrier that is supposed to keep dog pee from going into the pad. *They did give me some tape to put down to cover all the cuts*. Also one of the carpet seams if still pretty visible. Other than that Carpet Direct itself did a great job.”
