“Kavoo, the owner of Capital Carpet, is very personable and professional. I was researching carpet companies in the DC area for a new carpet for my 93 year old mother. Kavoo picked up the phone and when I told him my mother was 93 he was so respectful that I decided to hire his company.He was sincere in his commitment to her every step of the way. He brought carpet samples to her apartment for her to choose from. He rushed the carpet order so that it would arrive in time for my visit to my mother. He was flexible when I had to reschedule the installation appointment because of travel delays. The day of the installation his team was professional and courteous. Thank you Kavoo and your team!!!!”
