“Their sales process could be improved but regardless they did a wonderful job refinishing hardwood floors and repairing/replacing planks where a wall was removed. The installers were fantastic to work with. Great communication, quality work, and completed everything in a timely manner. Joe went above and beyond to guide us through the process and collaborated with us to find the exact stain that fit our preferences. Based on my experience I would use them again and specifically request to work with Joe.”
