“Our search for a wool carpet to complement our Scandinavian design preference produced a product but no suitable supplier. We noticed that Bridgeport Floors listed what we were looking for so on spec, we gave them a call. We were astounded when Steve Sirch said, "I can help you with that", because we live in Victoria, Bridgeport is in Kamloops and the carpet was in Georgia USA. We ordered the carpet on December 15 and despite the holiday crush, pandemic restrictions and snowstorm induced traffic mayhem on the US Interstate highways and here at home, we installed it on January 11. (Kudos also to Central Island Distributors for a faultless delivery). The carpet is exactly what we wanted and will completment our home for years to come. But more importantly, this review highlights Steve Sirch who expedited our order politely and professionally, without ever meeting us personally, even thought it required considerable additional effort on his part.
