“They treat you like family.”

“I had a really great experience picking out the carpet in their "showroom" and having Paul come out to measure. However, that's about where my good experience ends. We were told the carpet would arrive in 1-2 weeks. After two weeks, I called to see the status. Apparently their installer went on an unannounced vacation and it took another 10+ days for them to figure out installation. We had an installation date, but after discovering we had terrazzo floors, the installers left with our carpet because they needed a special tool. From there, the lack of communication was the most frustrating. Even if they were trying to move the process along, I was always the one that had to initiate communication. I even had to physically show up in the store to figure out why no one was returning my calls and to get a new installation date set. We love our carpet, but because of our other experiences, we will choose another company when we need to replace the rest of our carpet in our house.”

“We had to have all our flooring redone after a plumbing incident and this company did my laminate flooring 10 yrs ago. I had to go with them again bc of the great service. Everyone from the owners to the installers were super friendly and willing to go the extra mile, I appreciate that! I love supporting small businesses that love and take pride in what they do!”

“I highly recommend using this company for all of your flooring needs. They were highly professional and helpful from my first visit and throughout my experience. They offered advice and informed me of issues, even one that had nothing to do with my floor but, the installers noticed and would cause me issues. This company also has their own installers, no subcontractors. Definitely a plus. My floors are absolutely beautiful and their prices are reasonable.”
