“Judy was great! Installation was without issue, the team that did our tile were fantastic! Communication from the manager left a lot to be desired, but the positive (thankfully) outweighed us having to call 4 times to get a time frame for installation...after paying in full and our tile being in for a week! We would use them again!”

“Lenny, at the Brooksville location, assisted with helping us pick a very plush bedroom and closet carpet. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable about each brand and was able to direct us to just the right selection. Lenny personally came to our home (on his day off) to measure and kept us in-the know during the entire process. Super nice group of three installers came as planned and also communicated well. Love our carpet. Would highly recommend!”

“Sales person nice & helpful and contractor very good. But very unorganized did not call to let us know when and what time they were coming to install our flooring. Should finish one job at a time. Took over 4 days because of this. Need to contact customer not leave them hanging waiting. For a call. Still not completed”
