“We've had Bisek Interiors install carpet for us in our home a few years back, and most recently installed luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen and dining room! “Bisek Interiors was amazing to work with! Michelle was so informative when we stopped in to check out flooring and gave great advice on colors and durability. We were able to take a stack of samples home to see what we liked best, and get a feel for how it would look in our home. Tim was quick to respond to questions and so knowledgeable on what needed to be done to get our floors prepped and ready for the plank flooring to be installed. Our installers were kind and so considerate of our home, pointed out an issue we had no idea was there, and gave suggestions on how to fix it. Every step of the process we felt well informed and like we were friends and not just a customer. We are so happy with our new flooring and would highly recommend Bisek Interiors for any of your flooring needs!”

“Had my kitchen flooring installed yesterday and couldn’t be happier. So glad I went with BISEKS instead of a big box store. Might be a little more in cost but maybe not, but love all the personal help you get from a smaller store, which has alot of different variety of things. Tim the owner, along with Michelle at the store were so helpful with ideas, and Tim was always there as Michelle to answer any questions I had. Installation went smoothly, Jay and Mike did a super job!!! They were friendly, answered questions, and which is refreshing to see nowadays, they cleaned up everything. Would have these two guys back anytime. Even the owner Tim delivered all the flooring for the guys AND carried it in. He’s even coming back today to drop off some floor protectors for my chairs. Don’t think you’d get this kind of service from a big box store, give them a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.”

“Our experience from start to finish with Bisek was incredible. Making an appointment and scheduling time for an in-home estimate was simple (even during a pandemic!) and informative. We received several estimates for our flooring needs and Bisek was the only company that made us feel comfortable moving forward with the project based on their knowledge, up-front cost estimates, and overall ease of doing business without any pressure to commit. Our project started out as a small remodel of kitchen/dining area only, but we ended up redoing the floors in our kitchen, dining area, hallway, living room, main entryway, stairwell and landing area. We made a few trips to the Bisek store with a lot of questions and our kids in tow. He answered our questions honestly and made several suggestions to ensure we were getting what we needed to suit our space and budget. He engaged our kids as well (which isn't relevant to their service, but a true testament to the fact that they care about the people they work with rather than the money they are making!) which made the experience pleasant. We had some pet damage to an area of the carpet; Bisek came out a few days before the project started to pull back the carpeted area allowing us to pre-treat the areas at no additional charge. The flooring was delivered the same day to allow it to acclimate to the house. The install process was quick and painless. The installer was mindful of our schedules, kept us informed about the process, and took excellent care of our walls and baseboards while removing the old flooring and installing the new. Overall I don't think you could find a better experience in the area than Bisek - we're already in the process of budgeting for more flooring upgrades as a result of our experience with this project. Absolutely an A+ experience from start to finish.”
