“We used Bisbee's in Sun Praire and the customer service was great. Justin was our sales rep and his knowledge and expertise about floorings made us confidence in going with them. He was always responsive to our emails and phone calls and as a customer, that is IMPORTANT especially if you are going to invest in expensive flooring. We did LVP (Coretec) and carpet. Butch did our LVP and he even went as far to create trims from the wall that we broke down for the new knocked down wall. He was very approachable and listened to some of my concerns I may have had when he came to install. Overall, if you want a communicative flooring business, Bisbee's is the way to go.”
