“After looking around town for flooring, which included shopping at Lowes, I finally requested a quote from Niceville's very own Best Buy Carpet to get new flooring ideas for my kitchen and living room. My first impression was great when I called for a quote and talked to Kim Strunk. When I was asked to come into the store and look at samples of tile, Kim was the friendly face I was working with. When you meet her, you will see that she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet while possessing great knowledge and expertise in finding the look you want for your home. She provided us with 3 tile options that we took home which helped with our decision tremendously. When it comes to the actual install, and after hearing many horror stories of what others had to deal with from other companies, I get nervous about the quality of workers I will end up dealing with. The Best Buy Carpet's crew of four, led by Joe, was the best crew I could have ever asked for. These guys have many years of experience and provided quality input during the prep and actual install. The crew showed respect to the house and furniture during the whole process. They kept me informed of everything that was going to happen that involved the execution of the job, excess noise, and how to protect against the dust. This crew was beyond amazing. They strive for perfection in all they do in order to achieve the excellence we ended up with when it was complete. I can't thank Joe, Leo, Mike and Daniel enough for the high quality work they performed. I will be recommending this team of professionals to everybody because I have seen the final results of their excellent work. Most importantly, their kindness they expressed to my family and property exceeded all expectations. No need to look anywhere else. This team is the one you want to deal with. Thank you all from our family to yours.”

“Went to Best Buy Carpet because I wanted to support a small local business. Kim was very helpful and nice helping me finalize my order. Jim made measurements of the rooms at my house. He was knowledgable and helpful. I had plenty of samples to choose from. I was able to take sample books to see how colors looked with my home decor. I was impressed by the installers. They arrived on time. Moved all the furniture with no issues. They worked quickly. The rooms looks great. Had a master br and a guest room done. I received great customer service at the store and from installers. I highly recommend.”

“We went in to get a quote and to check out their carpet stock...which is very good btw. The sales person was out and we were assisted by a gentelman who I believe was in charge of estimates and installation. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed without a sales pitch....( I think im on to something....go to the guys in the back...quick and helpful). We had specific needs and on a budget so they were a little overpriced for us but not unreasonable. I would definitely recommend as they seemed very well stocked and the guys "in the back" knew their stuff.”
