“After looking around town for flooring, which included shopping at Lowes, I finally requested a quote from Niceville's very own Best Buy Carpet to get new flooring ideas for my kitchen and living room. My first impression was great when I called for a quote and talked to Kim Strunk. When I was asked to come into the store and look at samples of tile, Kim was the friendly face I was working with. When you meet her, you will see that she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet while possessing great knowledge and expertise in finding the look you want for your home. She provided us with 3 tile options that we took home which helped with our decision tremendously. When it comes to the actual install, and after hearing many horror stories of what others had to deal with from other companies, I get nervous about the quality of workers I will end up dealing with. The Best Buy Carpet's crew of four, led by Joe, was the best crew I could have ever asked for. These guys have many years of experience and provided quality input during the prep and actual install. The crew showed respect to the house and furniture during the whole process. They kept me informed of everything that was going to happen that involved the execution of the job, excess noise, and how to protect against the dust. This crew was beyond amazing. They strive for perfection in all they do in order to achieve the excellence we ended up with when it was complete.
