“We would very highly recommend Beno’s Flooring for anyone wanting high quality, dependable, honest, caring folks who really do want their customers to have a great experience! From meeting Angie, at Floor and Decor, showing us and explaining products to us, making the perfect selections, to Dede, the owner, coming to our home to give us ideas on placements and styles, to Kevin and Joe who did the install from start to finish, we could not have had a better crew to install our new porcelain tile on our entire second floor and our new shower. We would also like to do a special shout out to Kevin and Joe, who showed up everyday for weeks, early or on time each day. They are the best, hardest workers we’ve ever had in our home, always worked beyond quit time. They had a dirty job ripping up a large glued down solid wood floor, older tile and rooms of carpet and padding. These young men always arrived with a smile and left with a smile, great personalities! When we needed help with ideas, Kevin always came through with the best suggestions and we learned he was trained by a master tiler. He is truly a master and tile artist himself, as our second floor could not be more perfect in every detail. Did I mention how clean these two young men were? They were better than most, never left a mess, protected our steps, hanging clothes, bookcases, everything exposed to the dust and dirt of the job. Joe was a work horse, carrying so many massive heavy tiles up so many steps to the second floor everyday. Angie, our first contact, was also a workhorse, never shied away from jumping in to do anything, bringing us samples, returning extra supplies, supplying ideas, finding us plumbers or shower door folks for our new bathroom. She is truly Superwoman! AND, their prices for all the beautiful work done were exceptionally reasonable! All in all, there are very few companies in Las Vegas we would recommend. BUT, BENO’S is a BIG EXCEPTION they are the BEST, we highly recommend this Company! They truly care about their customers. Bill/Susan Newton Henderson, NV”

“We shopped around LV looking for new tile flooring and installer and happened upon Beno's Flooring and it turned out to be a great thing we found them. Terry helped us a ton to make sure we were happy and ready for this project. He and the rest of the Beno's team constantly showed attention and great effort to make sure everything came out great. Even when an issue out of their control happened they dropped everything to help us out to ensure we were able to complete the project with quality and within our crazy timeline. They have a showroom and when talking to Terry and others we were able to find out good information about the materials and installations. I felt like more of a friend being looked out for versus just another customer being sold products / services like some other places. The floor came out great, we definitely learned a lot and we are certainly glad we chose Beno's.”
