She also explained the installation process and our detailed costs. Everything was very clearly explained and we even had Bob, the owner, give us his time and advice. When the company representative came out to measure for the carpet, he too was very patient with us and explained some choices we had given our space. The team who came to install the carpet did a fantastic job. John and his team showed up ahead of the scheduled time and worked straight for almost six hours, without coffee breaks or even lunch. They pointed out issues we had with our floor and offered suggestions as to solve the problems. The final product of a new carpet in our living room, dining room, hall, master bedroom and stairs is fantastic. This did not surprise us since we have come to trust their work and their words about making sure we are pleased with the final result.
