“ACO carpet specialist, Shannon, was friendly and extremely helpful about our wishes for flooring and our price range. She helped us pick the best carpet for our home. When it came time for installation the installers were flawless. I would highly recommend ACO for their quality, attentiveness and service.”

“I’m on a really tight budget, but needed new carpet for our entire home and I went to ACO and they were fabulous. I picked out a carpet that I loved, it got delivered way sooner than I was told which was very pleasing and the quality of the flooring is phenomenal! I wanted an area rug of the same carpet for my living room, they ordered the carpet and had it bound for me just in time for me to put my new Furniture in! If you want to walk away with great satisfaction from customer service, a price that works for you AND quality, this is the place to go! I personally worked with the lady that was there, but they all were very engaging.”

“I give American Carpet Outlet five stars! The staff is very friendly and took the time to help me make decisions about my floor. While my job was not a high dollar item, they treated me with respect and always took the time to discuss my options...not to mention being patient with my 5,5051 trips in for samples. Excellent customer service and great flooring selection!”
