“Carpet installation was good. The problem you have, is when you hire subcontractors you have no idea what kind of vehicles they drive.
It irritates me to no end when I have lived in my house for 22 years and my driveway was spotless. Now I have oil over several places from the installers vehicle. That alone spoiled the whole experience.
I feel that you should let your installers know that they will be held responsible for incidents like mine.”
