“I was very impressed with the AllFloors Carpet One Floor & Home services in Miami. Vicki and Michael, worked with me to install new laminate floors on my rental unit in Miami Beach. I currently live in Washington State and it would be very difficult to have to go to Miami Beach to handle the selection and oversee the installation of the new floor on this unit. Michael, measured and provided great options, after visiting the unit. We discussed the best alternatives, and he quoted me multiple options that allowed me to make my decisions on how to proceed. I really enjoyed working with both of them over email and phone. And i could not be happier with the final product. Thank you Michael and Vicki, for a job well done.”

“Had new floors installed throughout my entire house. Did an excellent job! Very neat and clean, moved all of my furniture and put it back when finished. Painted and installed the baseboards also. “Top notch customer care and the contractors did a phenomenal job installing my new floor and did it quickly and efficiently. I love in a condo in Brickell and they were able to handle all of the paperwork and requirements necessary that I had to abide by with my association. I didn’t have to do anything. That was such a big relief. The contractors kept me aware of the progress made each day and cleaned up as if no one was there each and every day not to disrupt too much of my normal living. They even told me to leave all my furniture where it was and moved the pieces as needed. When they were all done on the last day, they left the place spotless and put all my furniture back where it was. I wouldn’t go to any place else besides here”

“We had wood floors that were put down by one of the "big" flooring companies that do lots of advertising about their so-called quality. Well, seven years later, due to a lack of proper sealing of the concrete, our wood floors were ruined by moisture seeping up through the foundation. Needless to say, we had to replace the floors. After reading other recommendations, we reached out to Michael at Allfloors and he was amazing! It was immediately obvious to us that Michael has extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to all kinds of flooring, and we were able to rely 100% on his expertise in helping us to choose the best floor to avoid having any moisture issues in the future. The process was easy and professional from start to finish. The actual work done by Jose was impeccable. Not only do the floors look amazing, but Jose was an extremely friendly, punctual, neat and conscientious worker, and he made sure to cleaned up all dirt and dust before leaving at the end of the day. “I have been looking into changing my floor for quite a while (over two years to be more exact). I decided to finally renovate my floor given the circumstances of being home all the time due to the quarantine. A friend’s handyman recommended Allfloors Carpet One, so I decided to contact them and see what they had to offer me. Not knowing much about flooring, tile, wood floors or the likes, I decide to be open minded as my original desire was to install wood tile and allowed Michael, the owner to educate me and show me his products. It took me 5 minutes of his time to realize I would be signing contract with him. From the moment both my pup and I walked into the store, Michael was kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable in the products he carries since he’s been in this business for many years. He showed me the vinyl flooring which looks and feels like wood, as soon as he told me and I read on the label it was pet proof, water proof and kid proof I was sold! This was the right match for me. I picked the color and that same afternoon, Michael came to my apartment to take measurements and give me a quote... we signed contract right after. The next day I had to stop by the store again to take care of all the legal documentation and permits I would need for my association’s approval. At this time both my pup and I had the pleasure to meet Vicki. She greeted us both with a huge and warm smile. She was excellent and quick at taking care of all the paperwork and documentation so that we could start the project as soon as possible. I have no doubt in my mind that I chose the most honest, reliable, knowledgeable and wonderful people to carry this project out with. As I told both Michael and Vicki, I will be referring all my friends and family to them. As of today, my best friend just signed contract with them and is scheduled to start his own project in a few days. Michael and Vicki, I am for ever grateful to have worked with the two of you.
