“After almost an entire month of searching and looking for the best option in vinyl flooring, my decision was narrowed down to look for certain brands which offer the best quality and the best warranty in the aforementioned flooring (Shaw, Mohawk, COREtec). But before arriving at All Floors CARPET ONE, I became frustrated with some of the recommendations that big stores or mid-size stores all over Miami and Doral sell you in order to get either their brand, or what’s worst, get their product with no brand at all but claiming to be the best Vinyl a person can buy for almost half of the cost (There is an saying “Cheaper becomes expensive” or “you get what you pay for”…… it’s your decision). Tired and feed-up of all the selling strategies, I decided to do my homework and search for other alternatives; this is how I ended up entering All Floors Carpet One showroom. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted by Mrs. Vicki Henry, and with no pressure at all will let you see all the inventory and answer every single question you as a customer may have, and even if there is a question in regards to a particular product or brand, she contacts the manufacturer right away and have an answer for you right there and then. I only have words of gratitude for Vicki, which shows clearly that she will go the extra mile for the customer. “I was very impressed with the AllFloors Carpet One Floor & Home services in Miami. Vicki and Michael, worked with me to install new laminate floors on my rental unit in Miami Beach. I currently live in Washington State and it would be very difficult to have to go to Miami Beach to handle the selection and oversee the installation of the new floor on this unit. Michael, measured and provided great options, after visiting the unit. We discussed the best alternatives, and he quoted me multiple options that allowed me to make my decisions on how to proceed.
