“I first want to say, "thank you so much", to Jorge, for being very helpful from the moment I walked into All Floors of Orlando. I was seeking a business I could trust to remove my new flooring which had become a nightmare for me due to the company, that did the job, refusing to do what was right and fix (or reimburse for) the poorly installed floor that ended up warping seven months after installation. Jorge gave me an estimate of costs, set up an appointment to measure my place, then gave me the exact costs (which was very close to the initial estimate given in-store with the measurements I provided). The flooring I purchased from All Floors of Orlando was 10 x times better quality then what was being replaced, and the installation was superb! I also want to wholeheartedly thank Milton, the installer who did all the work on my floor. He and his co-worker did not miss a single detail in making sure the installation was done to perfection. He was always very respectful and kept me informed of every step that was necessary to ensure the floor was properly leveled, how he corrected what I pointed out was missed by the other company, and the timing needed for completion. It has been almost 2 months now since they completed my flooring, and I am 100% satisfied with how beautiful it looks and how great it feels as I walk throughout my home. The price, quality, and service provided by All Floors of Orlando was EXCELLENT!! I recommend them to everyone I hear needs flooring done, and, I must add, they are Veteran owned and operated, so it is a blessing for me to have found such a business. I knew I could trust them the minute I saw that on their business card. It is an honor to be able to say "Thank you for all that you and your families have done for our beloved U.S.A. “All Floors of Orlando is an absolute 10/10 flooring operation--all facets. I am an engineer with a staff of over 500 personnel. I know a rock-solid business from a struggling business. All Floors: From the owner, sales staff, through the home visits, to the day of demo and install of new flooring, and next day inspection of work accomplished--the communications, coordination, and organization were absolutely tremendous. Jorge (salesman), Miguel (lead installer)-- are nothing short of top professionals. I would recommend this company to anyone--anywhere--for all flooring needs. Our 1466 SF of demo of old tile and carpet, and install of luxury vinyl--in entirety--blew past the Nth Degree of expectations. "Best seen" is the best verbiage I can state on this company. Keep doing exactly what you folks are doing--because there are none better!”
