We were looking for some advice/guidance on carpet for our stairs and an estimate. We received an estimate SAME DAY! “Alan's Flooring has a spectacular team! We decided to upgrade our carpet and padding upstairs in addition to replacing baseboards that were destroyed. From my first conversations with Brandon and Gaby, I knew I was in good hands. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and will do what it takes to get the job done right. Communication is key in any business and they are on top of it and extremely responsive and willing to work with you. I went through 4 estimates and the carpet and labor costs were much lower though Alan's. This is a family owned business and they understand how to keep customers coming back. The new carpet looks and feels great. Highly recommended!”

“Having owned 7 homes in my lifetime with my share of flooring horror experiences I offer this positive review. In my opinion, there are at least 3 considerations when choosing flooring. 1. The Product Flooring can be bought at many businesses - Allen's has a wide selection as well. 2. The Company How are they organized? Do they require full payment up front? Allen's offers 50% up front with the balance due in 5 days from when the job is done. No cost for an estimate! Allen's Flooring eliminates the friction in all aspects of the transaction from the estimate to the final result. 3. The Installation Allen's is a family business. The installers are not outside sub contractors. The installers are family members who are highly skilled and looking out for their business interest by making sure they do the job right thus eliminating problems with their attention to detail. By looking out for their business interest they offer superior customer service. They are courteous, timely, careful with furniture and all of the customer's property. The fact the installers are members of the family is to me their greatest strength because they eliminate potential problems with their old school work ethic. Summary: Doing business with the good people at Allen's Flooring was a pleasure. Highly Recommend!”
