“I called Advanced Wood Floors to get the wood floors in my 1945 home sanded and refinished. The previous owners had painted over the wood floors and I was able to strip the paint myself but really needed a professional to finish the job to restore them back to their natural beauty. I had a short timeline because my lease was ending and the initial company I had reached out kept dragging out our communication. Chris Byrom came out to look give me an estimate. I let her know that I also wanted to do the hallway which at the time was covered with a sheet type vinyl. She told me to expect the worst because we really had no idea about the condition of the wood. We agreed on doing all the rooms and potentially adding in the hallway. Juan and another person came out sand and make a couple of repairs. Chris and Juan kept me updated on progress. I ended up having Juan remove the vinyl flooring in the hallway. We added in the extra work into my quote. I believe the job was completed in a little under two weeks time and I could not be happier with the results. The wood floors look great!”
