“Great experience! I really appreciated the family owned business feel. Sarah is very friendly and was always available to answer my questions. She even hand picked samples to send with Jamie for our in home consultation (with only a vague description from me on what I was looking for). I absolutely love the new floor, it makes our home seem bigger and more open and the variations in the color worked perfectly with our dark baseboards. The installation went well and the installers worked with us to make sure we had what we wanted. The flooring we chose was in stock so they were able to schedule installation quickly. They even had financing options available that worked well for us. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!”

“Hands down, best service, best installation I have EVER experienced. My original order was delayed, they patiently worked with me to find a replacement in the same timeframe. The installers were so great - I had an odd piece of trim - they went to the hardware, bought a new piece and stain, fixed the problem - no problem. They couldn’t leave it like that. They answered all my questions, patiently. Such a great experience. I’ll contact them for any future projects no doubt!”
