“Greg and his crew were extremely helpful and highly skilled. They were patient while we took forever to decide, letting us take home many samples. They allowed us to do some of the prep work ourselves, before the engineered wood floor was installed, On the day of installation, they worked hard and carefully; they even stayed an hour or so late (with our permission, of course) to finish the job, so it only took one day. At the end of the day, they cleaned up all the mess and even mopped the new floor for us, and they helped us get the range and refrigerator back in place. We highly recommend Abbey Carpet of Livermore floor the beautiful product, excellent installation, and kind people.”

“It's rare that you just happen to run into a store for a random thing and meet such nice and helpful people. As I understand it this is a small family business, and it shows. I came into Abbey's because I was doing a remodel on a truck camper and needed a small piece of flooring that nobody else would sell me. Can't recall the wonderful woman's name, but she whisked me off into the warehouse and climbed over piles of cut offs and cardboard and whatever else, in her flip-flops nonetheless (bless her heart), and helped me find the perfect remnant piece of vinyl flooring for my project. Not only that, but she gave me a ridiculously awesome price, and then told me to go check another local store and see if they had something I liked better, and if not, to come back and she'd hold on to it for me. What a gal!”
