“We just had our carpet installed in our master bedroom and master bedroom closet. They made it easy from the time we walked in the store by getting us a sample quickly to take home. This is a minority owned business that has a great showroom and the installers were very professional. The installers were on time, explained everything they were going to do and took time to clean up afterwards. Any time an installer has to stretch the carpet during the install they can't avoid putting a few scratches where the carpet meets the wall so have your touch up paint ready. There price was competitive and the communications with Ashley exceeded my expectations.”

“We recently purchased a townhome in the area and wanted the carpet removed and replaced but we only had a 2 week window. Cruz, Candace, and Ashley helped with our selection, ordered and verified delivery before the end our deadline. Carpet arrived on Friday, installers arrived on Monday afternoon and were finished before 5 p.m. Three rooms removed, installed, and hauled away. Couldn't be happier with speed, service, quality, all within our time frame. And this during a pandemic. You are the best!”

“10-12-2020 A & R Flooring Review We had a very good experience with A & R Flooring. Cruz, Candace, and their staff were all great to work with. They were patient and helpful as we determined what type of flooring to place into four rooms in our house, and they answered all of our questions. When we decided on Prime Premium Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring and the color was Nature’s Way. They got it ordered and delivered to our home on a Friday. By Monday their installers were at our house, wearing masks, polite, hard-working, and did a great job. They finished the first two rooms and began on the third room that we weren’t sure we would have emptied, but we did. They do have services to help move things out if you need it. We had about a 10-day break to get the next room emptied and ready. Then they returned and had that room finished. Now we are enjoying lovely flooring that enhances our furnishings and brightens our home. We highly recommend A & R Flooring.”

“My wife and I were building a home in Sedona and we needed flooring of all types. Our builder recommended we work with A&R Flooring in Cottonwood. We selected our carpet at their store but our tile and hardwood from other providers in Phoenix. Because of their position as a broker they were able to provide a single contact point for all of our flooring needs and that greatly simplified things for us. The pricing they provided was very competitive and the installation was done very professionally as well. The store was just recently purchased by one of the employees, Cruz and he was my contact. His wife is also very involved and she is very pleasant to work with on selections and ordering details. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone else in search of flooring. There are bigger stores in the area but as a broker they essentially can get almost anything you want and make it look great in your home. Thanks Cruz for the great work of you and your team.”
