“I had an amazing experience with 1 Stop Interiors. Being out of town it requires me to manage my flooring project from Arizona which can be a bit tricky but Pauline was very accommodating and thorough. She sent me multiple flooring samples and options via text and spent time answering all my questions about the different flooring options. It can be overwhelming trying to decide between hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, carpet, and so on. But she was patient and knowledgeable. Steven did a phenomenal job measuring my home and providing an accurate estimate that was spot on and didn’t require the need to order more material or leave excess behind. The flooring project was done on time and on budget. As far as pricing, 1 Stop Interiors is very competitive. I spent nearly a month calling different GCs, flooring specialist, big companies (Great Floors, Carpet Liquidators, etc) and 1 Stop Interiors offered the best quality product at a great price. As an example, I have kids and have a highly active home so I opted for a higher mil (20 mil) for my luxury vinyl planks and compared to other companies it was priced very well and on par with lower mil products. Last thing, as mentioned before I was out of state when this project took place and Pauline went out of her way to go back to the home and call me via FaceTime to show me the final product. That level of care and customer service goes a long way and if I ever need to do another flooring project I know 1 Stop Interiors will be who I call.”
